I can relate to the doormat thing. It is hard doing the right thing.. I do believe it pays off in your life. I call it karma, you call it fruit as a Christian. Same thing. You are a very loving person and don’t you forget that!
Good for you! It’s a real treat for me to plan the menus and cook healthy meals. I am really having fun with it. I am committed too. I baked about 10 dozen cookies on Saturday and I allowed myself one last night. It was actually so sweet I almost couldn’t eat it! Boy is that a switch!!
There is breast cancer in my family. My Maternal Great Grandma and Aunt both had it, they were post menopausal which cuts my risk but I don’t take any chances. My sister and I are diligent. It’s so scary.
I am not in the same situation as you at all but I do understand that loss of control feeling. It’s really hard for me too. I am glad you wrote about it, maybe it will relieve some of the anxiety. Take care of yourself.
We really have been an amazing Nation haven’t we? 1968 really was incredible.
What you said about things going in a circle. Yes, history does repeat itself. That’s always interesting too. 1968 was certainly a History making year. 2009 will be as well.
I mean, the CARDINALS won!! lol Oh, and there’s the inauguration today too…
I’ll read you wherever you are. But I hope you stay around here too. It’s changing and it’s pretty cool

Commented on the post I have to get over this! on the blog http://dkpark.journalspace.com.I could never eat that few calories each day. I work out a lot though. I would be really weak if I didn’t eat at least 1200 a day.
